ObjectCube Offers iPad VOD Services

LOS ANGELES — ObjectCube.com has announced the launch of its support services for video-on-demand providers targeting Apple's new iPad.

According to the company, ObjectCube earned the trust of many major video sites by developing the VOD software used by nearly ninety percent of the adult industry. Now ObjectCube is expanding the functionality of its software for site owners interested in having their content easily accessible by consumers using the new Apple iPad mobile tablet device.

"The way people watch movies from all genres is about to change drastically, thanks to the innovations the iPad offers," ObjectCube CTO Jay said. "For the first time, viewers will be able to easily access multimedia content using an always-on device that offers the convenience of television and the full functionality of advanced monitors."

Jay says that the new ObjectCube system allows users to watch movies using pay-per-view, pay-per-minute or monthly membership modes and serves as the perfect transitional gateway for adult video viewers as they migrate from their desktops to their iPads.

"Best of all, the entire ObjectCube system is designed in transparent HTML5 with automatically encoded videos and full support for studios or site owners interested in maximizing their revenue while minimizing the resources necessary to keep their content formats current," Jay added. "If your site already displays video, you already have all the infrastructure you need to take advantage of this massive new revenue stream."
